Biography

 

Gary is Executive Producer of his own company, Kitchen Productions, having previously worked as a chef in five star and Michelin star restaurants and hotels in London and having held the post of Executive Chef of New Zealand’s Christchurch Casino.

Gary is currently the Vice-President of the New Zealand Chefs Association and Business Manager for the New Zealand Culinary Team.

Gary has a passion for food and enjoys nothing more than sharing that passion with others. An award winning and critically acclaimed chef, Gary has teamed up with Silver Fern Farms to help give you insights and tips on how to get the best out of your Silver Fern Farms' meat products and help you to become an  accomplished cook in your own home.
