Biography
Judith Cullen has been involved in food most of her life.
She owned a successful cafe and catering business in Dunedin for many years. These days she is known for her inspirational cooking classes she runs from her family home. Her classes incorporate fresh seasonal food inspired from New Zealand’s diverse regions and her menus and recipes are especially created to encourage cooking at home for the family or entertaining.
Judith often transports her classes - food equipment and all - to Central Otago, Southland and North Otago where her demonstrations are extremely popular. She also works as a food consultant and stylist.
Judith now hosts two tours a year to Italy and shorter breaks within in New Zealand. The Italian tours cover the culinary and cultural aspects of life in Italy and combines food and wine with art, culture and history. Judith memorable tours cover Italy from the Islands of Sicily and Sardinia through to the Alps.
