Ingredients
2 Silver Fern Farms Organic Rump Steaks
Freshly ground black pepper
8 mushrooms
1 red onion, sliced into 8 wedges,
1 red capsicum, cut into 8
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove crushed garlic

Cooking Directions
Cut each steak into 8 and season steak with freshly ground black pepper.
Thread the cubes onto 4 skewers alternately with the vegetables.
Brush with olive oil and garlic. Barbecue or grill, turning continuously for 5–6 minutes. Serve with new potatoes on the side.
