Silver Fern Farms Director Elections

As no other nominations were received for the two vacancies created by director election rotation, incumbent directors Messrs Herstall Ulrich and Rob Hewitt have been re-appointed to the Silver Fern Farms’ board without the need for an election.
Chairman Eoin Garden noted the current board took this as clear endorsement of the direction and performance of the business and congratulated Herstall and Rob on their reappointment.
